About ClickFights

ClickFights is operated by Kevin Robertson in the United States as a Mothwire project. Questions about the game, these Terms, or your account can be sent to [email protected].

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClickFights. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the game only with any permission required from a parent or guardian. We ask for a date of birth to check eligibility, but keep only an age group. If an existing account identifies as under 13, we restrict access. The account holder can remove the account or contact support to ask us to review its information.

Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. One player should control each account; do not sell, share, or transfer an account. You may not use the game where doing so is unlawful.

Playing the game

ClickFights is an evolving multiplayer game. Move rules, ranking, XP, features, and availability may change as the game develops. Fighter records and XP are part of the game and have no cash value or right of redemption.

Play fairly. Do not use bots, exploits, spam, impersonation, account compromise, harassment, threats, or attempts to disrupt the service or other players.

Chat, messages, and artwork

You are responsible for the messages and images you submit. Do not post content that violates another person's rights or privacy. You keep the rights you have in your content and give ClickFights permission to store, display, transmit, moderate, and remove it as needed to run and protect the game.

Do not send sexual content involving minors, grooming messages, hate, threats, harassment, or requests for another player's personal information. Do not share your contact details, address, or location in public chat or with strangers. Private messaging starts off for players who identify as 13–17; they may choose to turn it on in Account Settings. Players can block another fighter and report a received private message. If something in lobby chat needs attention, email us with the details.

We may limit chat, game access, or an account when needed to enforce these Terms or protect players and the service. Reports are reviewed by an administrator; player content is not guaranteed to be reviewed before it appears. If you believe we made a mistake, contact support.

Closing your account

You can request account removal from Account Settings after confirming your password. This ends access and removes your identifying account details and custom avatar. Shared fight results and messages may remain under a generic deleted-fighter name so other players' histories and conversations still make sense. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Service and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ClickFights. We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without additional warranties and liability is limited accordingly.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the site or another reasonable account notice. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

Applicable law

Missouri law governs these Terms where permitted. This does not take away any consumer rights or protections that the law of your home country or state makes mandatory. Disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
